This watch was authenticated in-house before listing. The 126720VTNR is the lefty — the first series-production Rolex with the crown and date window flipped to the nine o'clock side, introduced at Watches and Wonders 2022 and nicknamed the "Sprite" for its green-and-black Cerachrom bezel (a color pairing never before offered on a GMT-Master II). It houses the current Caliber 3285 with 70-hour power reserve and the traveler's-style independent local hour hand that has defined the line since the 16710. Rolex has historically produced destro watches only as special requests for left-wristed wearers; making one a catalog reference — and styling it with the most distinctive bezel in the lineup — was the horological equivalent of a statement piece hiding inside a tool watch. The green 24-hour hand keeps the sporting DNA of the GMT line intact while winking at the bezel.
